- Articles may be submitted in one of the following languages : English and Hindi
- Standard –length article should not exceed 8000 words ,including text ,footnotes /endnotes, bibliographic references , tables and figures.
- Standard 12-point type font (Times New Roman ) for English and Standard 10 -point type font (Kruti Dev) for Hindi
- Every line (excluding tables and figures ) should be double –spaced with generous margins on both sides of the pages and pages numbered consecutively,
- Every research paper is to be preceded by a concise abstract of 200 words.
- Footnotes should be numbered sequentially
- MLA style of referencing need to be followed uniformly throughout the text
- Appendices should be clearly marked.
- Quoted material should be in single quotes, whether in text or notes
- Double quotes should be used for a quote within a quotes.
- Type headings and sub-headings at the left margin, using the following pattern:
- First -level headings in bold, with an initial capital or any proper noun
- Second-level headings in bold italics ,with an initial capital or any proper noun
- Third –level headings (if necessary) in italics with an initial capital or any proper noun
- Articles should be furnished as hard copy and as well as in editable file formats like MS Word
- Likewise a PDF file should be submitted when the manuscript is finally accepted
