Manuscript Submission Guidelines

All the contributors are expected to follow these guidelines while submitting their manuscripts:

  • Articles may be submitted in one of the following languages : English and Hindi.
  • Standard length – Article should not exceed 8000 words, including text, footnotes / endnotes,
    bibliographic references, tables and figures.
  • Standard 12-point type font (Times New Roman) for English and Standard 14-point type font (Unicode)
    for Hindi.
  • Every line (excluding tables and figures) should be double spaced with generous margins on both sides of the pages and pages numbered consecutively.
  • Every research paper is to be preceded by a concise abstract of 200 words (with Key Words).
  • Footnotes should be numbered sequentially.
  • MLA style of referencing need to be followed uniformly throughout the text.
  • Appendices should be clearly marked.
  • Quoted material should be in single quotes, whether in text or notes.
  • Double quotes should be used for a quote within quotes.
  • Type headings and sub-headings at the left margin, using the following pattern:
  • First-level Headings in bold, with an initial capital or any proper noun.
  • Second-level headings in bold italics, with an initial capital or any proper noun.
  • Third-level headings (if necessary) in italics with an initial capital or any proper noun.
  • Article should be furnished as hard copy and as well as in editable file formats like MS Word.
  • Likewise a PDF file should be submitted when the manuscript is finally accepted.

TITLE: A pithy, crisp and laconic title is most suitable in Standard 12-point Times New Roman font for English and Standard 10 -point Kruti Dev font for Hindi

ABSTRACT: Approximately 200 words, maximum 250 words

KEYWORDS: For easy online searching, around 4-5  key words or phrases are enough

ADDRESS: Current position, Name of Institution, complete postal address and email for each author /corresponding author

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES : About 100 words per author

REFERENCES AND NOTES : It is imperative for all the authors to follow the MLA style of referencing for citations in the text with a detailed alphabetical list at the end of the article . Reference should include all author’s names and initials, date of publication , title of article, title of publication, volume  and issue number ( of a journal) ,publisher and form (book, journal) and page numbers.

FIGURES AND TABLES: All figures and tables should ideally be black and white, must be numbered sequentially and their sources must be duly cited. Special attention should be paid in maintaining the continuity of the tables. Further they must be inserted in editable formats
